Hinge-Lok®
Hinge-Lok® is an all aluminium, non welded transportation cradle used for safe and efficient offshore & onshore transportation of casing, tubing, drillpipe, drilling jars, accelerators, screen liner and BHAs.
All uprights and crossbeams within the Hinge-Lok® system are manufactured from fully extruded AW6082 non-welded aluminum profiles. All profiles are produced according to ISO14064 & Greenhouse Gas Protocol.
The simplicity of the Hinge-Lok system, secured by only 4 x non-removable Nord-Lock nuts, means that client’s existing personnel can be trained and become confident in the assembly, loading and unloading of Hinge-Lok tubular transportation frames in a very short timescale.
Transportation
Our systems allow for safe and efficient onshore & offshore transportation of all types and grades of OCTG products, downhole tools and completion assemblies. In the renewables sector, our systems can be supplied to transport any tubular product safely and securely.
Storage & Returns
All Hinge-Lok® parts are light (<15kg) and can be easily handled, packed and stored in standard CCUs ready for transportation to and from the customer location onshore.
