Enelift wins patent case.
Enelift is delighted to confirm that the Western High Court of Denmark has fully acquitted the company of patent infringement claims brought by Global Gravity ApS.
The proceedings, which related to Enelift's market leading Hinge-Lok® technology, concluded with Enelift acquitted on both claims. Global Gravity was ordered to pay Enelift legal costs.
The ruling
The Western High Court examined both patent infringement claims in detail, including expert technical evidence from an appointed European patent agent. The court found that Global Gravity had not proven that Enelift's product infringed the key features of either patent, with the court noting that deviations occurred on several significant points. Enelift was acquitted of both claims without reservation.

We are delighted that the uncertainty created by these proceedings has now been fully and formally resolved. The High Court has confirmed that Enelift's Hinge-Lok® product does not infringe Global Gravity's patents, and we are pleased that our customers and partners can have complete confidence in our technology and our intellectual property.
