  • A flatbed truck carrying large pipes at a construction site with workers in safety gear in the background.

Loaded, secured and ready for transport

Another Hinge-Lok® system on the move. Keeping tubulars organised and secure from the yard through to offshore operations.

Always good to see equipment heading out for the next job.

  • Graphic with yellow construction equipment icons and the words 'safer by design'. The icons include a forklift, a crane lifting a load, and an offshore oil rig, set against a background of pipes.

    Safer by design

Hinge-Lok® tubular storage and transportation systems remove unnecessary handling, lifts, and rig-side intervention by engineering risk out of the tubular handling process - from yard to rig floor.

    • No unloading or rolling at the rig site80% fewer lifts

    • Reduced slips, trips, and manual-handling risk

    • Cleaner, controlled stacking without sling damage

  • Several large metal and rubber pipes arranged in parallel on an industrial drilling rig or machinery at an oil or gas extraction site.

    Simple to assemble

Simple to assemble, offshore certified, and designed so your existing rig crew can handle it - no additional personnel required at the rig site.

Each Hinge-Lok® component weighs under 15kg, and the system can be configured to meet rig-specific handling requirements, assembled both onshore and offshore.

  • A large offshore oil platform at sea with a crane lowering a long cylindrical object, possibly a pipe or equipment, into the water. The sky is partly cloudy.

Fewer crane lifts. Less time. Less risk

Hinge-Lok® eliminates the need for expensive craneage during onshore loading, reduces crane lifts between vessel and installation, and simplifies backloads - with each complete system weighing under 200kg and taking up less than 1m³. The efficiency gains start the moment tubulars leave the yard.

  • Stack of large steel pipes with blue and red protective caps on a construction site, branded with Enelift.

    Hinge-Lok®

Hinge-Lok® doesn't just make tubular handling safer offshore - it starts onshore. Pipe tally, doping, drifting and centralizer installation can all be completed on the beach, with tubulars loaded in running order before shipping. A full cradle of 15 x 5½" can be loaded in under 7 minutes by forklift - no craneage, no manual rolling, no unnecessary risk.

  • Three people standing indoors in front of a wooden wall with a sign, smiling at the camera. The person on the left is a tall man in a dark suit and white shirt. The person in the middle is a woman with long blonde hair in a purple dress and black tights. The person on the right is an older man in a black jacket and pants.
