01 — HINGE-LOK®

The safer, simpler and more sustainable way to handle tubulars from yard to rig.

A patented aluminium all-in-one system for tubulars from 2⅜″ to 14″ outside diameter. Bespoke sizes available up to 24″.

Market-leading since 2018 and in service worldwide. Hinge-Lok® is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing yard, transport and offshore procedures, with no new tools or additional crew required.

Manufactured entirely from recycled AW6082 T6 aluminium, Hinge-Lok® is the industry's only fully extruded, non-welded casing transport system. With no welded joints to fatigue or fail, the frame delivers a lighter, stronger and more durable alternative to conventional steel bundling systems. The system is designed to fit a range of tubular sizes, minimising equipment variation and lowering logistics costs.

Secured using just four captive Nord-Lock® fasteners, Hinge-Lok® is designed for rapid assembly, safer handling and reduced operational complexity. Every component weighs under 15 kg, allowing safe single-person handling on the rig or in the yard without specialist contractors or additional lifting equipment.

Designed to NORSOK standards and manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management systems, Hinge-Lok® provides a safer, simpler and more operationally efficient approach to OCTG and casing transportation.

02 – INTEGRAL SLING SYSTEM®

The world’s only patented system to handle tubulars using Dyneema® slings.

The superior way to handle chrome, CRA and other high-value pipe, preventing metal-to-metal contact.

It's an industry first, and it's protected. Enelift holds the patent for the Integral Sling System® (ISS), making us the only provider permitted to combine Dyneema® slings, or any HMPE/UHMWPE sling, with a tubular cradle.

ISS lifts tubulars directly on Dyneema® slings, eliminating the shackles, wire-rope slings and master links that would otherwise touch the pipe. With no metal-to-metal contact, it's the safest way to handle chrome, CRA and other high-value pipe.

It's built on Enelift's proven, fully extruded, non-welded aluminium frame, the same technology as Hinge-Lok®. Fewer components mean quicker assembly and a cleaner inspection regime, and the 8-tonne safe working load is independently tested in excess of DNV requirements.

The Dyneema® slings are lightweight yet immensely strong, and resistant to UV, abrasion, fatigue, cut and chemicals. Made from bio-based Dyneema®, they keep the system's carbon footprint among the lowest in the industry.
