    Kirk is a senior engineering executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across diverse industrial sectors, bringing a strong record of operational governance, technical assurance and organisational oversight. With over 20 years of specialised experience in the international lifting industry, he has developed deep expertise in safety-critical operations, regulatory compliance and the management of engineering risk in complex global environments. His commitment to high-quality oversight and continuous improvement supports strong corporate governance and sustainable growth.

    Connor's background spans transaction advisory, corporate finance and energy infrastructure development. He trained as a Chartered Accountant at EY in Transaction Services, delivering financial due diligence on M&A processes, before joining Fidra Energy, a large-scale battery energy storage developer, where he worked on project development, M&A execution and debt raising.

    Helle has more than 30 years of accountancy experience in the energy sector, primarily based in Denmark. Her work covers the day-to-day finance functions that keep ongoing operations properly resourced and supported. Previous roles include positions at Vetco Gray (now part of General Electric) and Weatherford.

    Pam has more than 35 years of senior finance experience, including international statutory accounting and tax. A Chartered Accountant who qualified with a Big Four firm, she has worked in their Norway office and at the Paris headquarters of a publicly listed global subsea energy leader, later returning to lead its UK finance team. Pam advises Enelift across all financial matters.

    Jim brings deep experience in business law, accounting and banking, and leads the investor group supporting Enelift's next phase of growth. Over a career spanning 45 years, he has held main board positions across both SMEs and PLCs, with a particular focus on privately held and private equity-backed businesses, completing more than 250 investments. Jim is currently Chairman of CHAP Holdings and AV One Solutions.
